Large Soif Blanc 2023

Chenin, chardonnay.

Our vines are cultivated in a traditional and selective manner. Soil maintenance is done mechanically without chemical weeding and our vines are protected using preparations made from natural products.

Fermentation and aging for 4 months in stainless steel vats. The winemaking objective was to recreate in the glass the pleasure we had experienced when the grapes before harvest. No S02 added.
