Collection: Pierre Weber - Alsace

At the age of 32, Pierre embarked on his winemaking career, taking over a small parcel of vines inherited after his grandfather's death. Situated in Husseren-les-Châteaux, a village in Alsace known for its high elevation, he manages nearly 4 hectares of steeply sloped vineyards near his home. Despite no mention on his labels, nearly half of these vineyards, which feature a mix of clay and limestone soils, qualify as Grand Cru.

Previously an environmental engineer in Paris, Pierre's commitment to eco-friendly practices deeply influences his approach to viticulture. He avoids chemicals, favoring biodynamic treatments, teas, and essential oils to maintain vine health. In the cellar, Pierre practices gentle macerations with both red and white grapes to enhance the flavors of traditionally austere varieties. His wines mature in barriques without any additives.

Though early in his winemaking journey, Pierre crafts exquisite wines known for their delicate structure, aromatic qualities, and vibrant energy. These wines are not only delightful in their youth but also possess significant aging potential.
